I used equation editor to do it most of the time, but I have also seen a homebuilt macro for this purpose. The Azio USB mechanical keyboard is one of the few mechanical keyboards out there that comes in full-sized layout with backlit keycaps and Mac modifier keys. Super-over-sub is difficult in Word, but can be done.
